About Colorado Contemporary Properties.
Colorado Contemporary Properties began as a successful residential builder in the early 1980s.
Soon afterward, its partners became agents, then Brokers and Realtors,
as the real estate sales company went through various iterations through the decades,
as an independent brokerage and as several different franchisees,
before becoming an independent brokerage once again.
In the early 1990s, our owner/broker, a former Wall Street systems programmer/analyst,
taught other agents website creation and made our entity
